Air purifier is regarded as an important assist equipment for the blow molding machine although it always been neglected by the user. Air contains humidity under the form of water steam. As the air cooled down, the moisture starts condensing and transforms itself into water. The presence of water in the pumping units causes great disadvantages:
- Greater running costs for the maintenance of the automation instruments, like magnetic valve and cylinders.
- Lower machines efficiency and yield cost by the start stop operation.
- Greater equipment costs for the presence of condensate separator, automatic condensate trap and pitch of pipe line.
