Pressure type steam sterilizers of vertical cylindrical type with built in steam generator. The steam generator electrically heated using BIS marked immersion heater having mineral filed sheathed heating elements conforming to /0.4159/2002 and complying with safety requirement as per IS:302-2-201 (1992). The control is available with independent switch. The steam sterilizer conforms to IS: 3829 (Part3)/1985, reaffirmed 2001, with amendment 1 & 2 and fitted with only silicon rubber door gasket (Expansion type). All the steel materials is made out of SS 304 Quality steel only. Air can be removed form the sterilization chamber after loading the sterilizer by one or more pressure/ Vacuum pulsing for proper steam penetration. The sterilizer is of following sizes/ type with corresponding electric loads.
